Revenue Streams

Revenue projections by module and customer tier. Each module shows adoption rate (%) and corresponding revenue ($) per year. Retailers adopt at 100% for core Nexus; optional modules grow based on value realization.

Suppliers-as-Retailers tier represents large suppliers using Yukato for their own supply chains.
Transporters who use certain modules are also monetized per waybill.

Key Insight: As suppliers-as-retailers adoption grows (5% → 20%), the contribution increases from $0.7M to $107M, representing a compounding revenue stream from network effects. By 2030, ~29% of total ARR comes from suppliers acting as retailers for their own supply chains.
